Disconnecting Your Business Service(s)

To request disconnection of your full account (all services) or to keep your account active but remove specific service(s), please fill out and submit the information in the form below.

Once this form is received, it will be processed within 2 business days. Upon successful processing of your request, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided on form. If additional information is required to process your request successfully, we will reach out to you at the contact information provided on this form within 2 business days.

Important Information:

If your account/service is under contract

  • We require a 30-day notice for discontinuing services. If the disconnect date is under 30-days, billing will be ended 30-days from the date of this initial request/form submission.
  • Early termination fees may apply. Please see your contract terms for details.

If porting a Voice line(s) / phone number(s) to another service provider, the line must remain active until the port is complete, or you will lose the number(s).
