Important Update to Your Billing Schedule and Payment Remittance Information
We know how important reliable Internet service is to your home, and we appreciate the trust you place in Clearwave Fiber every day. With that in mind, we want to share an update about your Clearwave Fiber service. As you may be aware, Clearwave Fiber has sold our Southern Illinois operations to Metro CW Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of MCC Network Services, LLC (doing business as “Metro” and “Conxxus”), a locally focused and rapidly growing Fiber Internet provider. We want you to clearly understand what this means — and just as importantly, what it does not mean — for you and your service.
Why This Is Happening
Metro is expanding its Fiber network across Southern Illinois, strengthening its regional footprint and long-term service capabilities for enterprise, carrier, business, and residential customers. Their continued investment will help bring fast, reliable Fiber Internet to more homes, neighborhoods, and communities across the region. Clearwave Fiber has proudly served local residents, schools, first responders, and businesses, and Metro shares that same commitment to keeping communities connected.
What This Means for Your Internet Service
Right now, nothing changes. Your speed, plan, and pricing under your current service agreement will remain the same. Over time, Metro plans additional network investment in the region, which will bring future service enhancements.

What Stays the Same

What Is Changing
If you pay by check or through a bill-pay service, please update your records to reflect the new remittance address: Conxxus PO Box 555 Sullivan, IL 61951 We encourage you to update your records when it’s convenient for you, and to begin using the new remittance address as soon as possible. Please note that after June 1, 2026, all mailed payments will need to be directed to the new address to ensure they are properly received and applied to your account.
