You’ll provide the advisor with information about your business, such as its size and the number of employees. You will also need to provide details about your existing Internet service, such as your current bandwidth and usage levels.

The time it takes to set up a Fiber Internet connection for your business can vary depending on your location. In some cases, it may only take a few days, while in others we may need to build a new Fiber connection to your business which can vary, but averages 60-120 days.

Clearwave Fiber requires an agreement with options for one or more years.

You will need a router that is compatible with Fiber Internet. With most of our services we can provide a router, or you can provide your own. If providing your own router, we recommend you consider your security needs such as a firewall. For some larger businesses, additional equipment may be necessary specific to your needs.

Clearwave Fiber offers a range of support options, including phone, email and online chat. Our tech support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Our local technical support team is available when needed to work on site with you.

Clearwave Fiber offers speeds as fast as 10 Gbps or more, depending on your needs.

The cost of Fiber Internet for a business account can vary, depending on your location, speed and the specific type of Internet service you require. Prices may range from a few hundred dollars per month for basic service to several thousand dollars per month for dedicated, high-capacity service.

Business Phone Service FAQs

There are several types of phone services available, including Basic Local Telephone Service, Hosted Unified Communications, Primary Rate Interface (PRI) and SIP Trunking.

You do not need to change your phone numbers. You may keep your telephone number or any Direct Inward Dial numbers (DIDs) for your current phone service at your business location. We will ask you to sign a Letter of Agency (LOA) authorizing Clearwave Fiber to act as your communications agent to arrange porting your telephone numbers to us.

There is virtually no limit to our voice services product set. Depending on the amount of phone lines, seats or DIDs your company needs for internal such as extension to extension calling and external dialing to the outside public, our commercial account executives can right-size your business to propose the solution that works for you.

VoIP is a type of phone service that uses the Internet to transmit voice data (Voice Over Internet Protocol). With VoIP means the phone service is cloud-based solution, or also called hosted phone service.

Our Hosted Unified Communications solutions is different than most other VoIP providers offer. We offer a white glove experience with end-to-end management of your hosted phone solution. Other providers may set your service up and then not manage the service, whereby you may experience degradation of the quality of your calls that they do not support. Our solution is complete. We install a dedicated circuit for your voice traffic, on premise equipment with firewall safety and phone sets which are managed by Clearwave Fiber. Our solution gives you the ability to be accessible anytime, anywhere, on any device. Depending on analog or hosted phone service, the features vary. We have simplified voice: whether analog or hosted phone, there are many productivity features that can be personalized for each user in your business, with no on-site IT expertise required by you.

The cost of phone service can vary based on the number of lines needed and the features included. We will provide a detailed quote that will be customized based on your needs.

Clearwave Fiber offers a range of support options, including phone, email and online chat support. We also offer on-site support for larger businesses or more complex installations. Installations are performed by qualified Commercial Technicians. Our technical support team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to assist customers with any issues that they may have. Support can be reached by calling 877-293-2973 and then following the options for Technical Support. If a TAC agent is unable to resolve the customer issues over the phone, we will enter a trouble ticket to be dispatched to the field. This dispatch could be billable if it is not a Clearwave Fiber issue.

Clearwave Fiber requires an agreement for business phone services and offers multiple term lengths, which we can discuss with you.

Setting up the phones service will be based on when your high-speed data circuit is installed. Clearwave Fiber will make its best effort to complete the porting process to fully activate the phone service at the time of your high-speed data installation. However, due to the complexity of the porting process and inability to control the procedures with your current phone service provider, Clearwave Fiber cannot guarantee the same day installation of voice service with the high-speed data. Installation of phone service may occur later.
