Work on the Clearwave Fiber network is scheduled to take place in the early morning hours of Thursday, July 24, beginning at 12:01 a.m. through 7:00 a.m.

Following a mandatory relocation of our fiber lines, a third party caused a cut to our network. We made temporary repairs at the time to restore service quickly. We’re now moving forward with the permanent relocation of the fiber line, which includes shifting it to the opposite side of Pooler Parkway to better protect services during ongoing construction. This work is being completed ahead of schedule and is in line with our ongoing efforts to help mitigate service disruptions during unforeseen events.

To complete this work, we will need to cut the temporary fiber and transition all services to the new permanent route. This will result in a planned service interruption during the maintenance window. Our teams are already on-site preparing to ensure a smooth and efficient switchover.

While the window is scheduled through 7:00 a.m., we expect to complete the work well ahead of that time. Some customers may experience only a brief interruption, while others could see a longer outage depending on their location.

Our Network Operations Center will closely monitor service levels during the work period and stay in direct contact with our on-site team to minimize any potential disruption.
