Refer friends, family, neighbors to Clearwave Fiber by filling in & submitting the form on this page. Please submit a separate form for each referral.

Once your friend/referral has active service installed at their home, we’ll add the one-time $25 referral credit to your account within 2 billing cycles.

Program Terms. The bill credit applies to the referring customer only. No self-referrals or to affiliated entities. Both individuals referred and referring customers must be Residential accounts and serviceable by Clearwave Fiber. Referred customer cannot be an active prospective customer of Clearwave Fiber. Referred customer must be a new Clearwave Fiber customer. The referred customer must meet Clearwave Fiber’s Residential customer requirements. In no circumstance will there be any cash payments to the customer.  The credit will be applied as a bill credit only.  If customer deactivates with pending credit the credit becomes null and void. There is no limit to the number of credits for successful referrals.  The credit will be applied to monthly bill until full credit is given. Immediate family members of Clearwave Fiber employees cannot participate (Father, mother, children, siblings). Sales agents cannot participate. Program and qualification of the individuals referred or referring customers is solely determined by Clearwave Fiber. Abuse of the program can result in ineligibility of the program. The credit will be applied to the referring customers account only after all services of the referred customer has been installed and have active Residential services reflected on their account / in billing. From that point, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the one-time $25 Referral credit to be applied to the referring customer’s account.
