Service Disruption: Greater Savannah Area (including Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, Richmond Hill, Rincon)

Our teams have implemented a solution, and our monitoring systems are indicating all Clearwave Fiber customers’ services are restored. Update: June 10 | 8:00 p.m. ET
We have received further information that the service disruption is due to a cut on our network by a third party, compounded by a lightning strike at one of our facilities in the area. These two separate events occurred within a short time frame and are impacting our ability to restore service as quickly as we’d like.
June 10 | 3:00 ET: We are currently experiencing a widespread service outage impacting all services in the Greater Savannah area (this includes Savannah, Pooler, Rincon, Richmond Hill and Hinesville areas.)
