RG Fiber is now Clearwave Fiber! As part of this transition, all legacy RG Fiber customers will enjoy a new billing and payment experience.

Customers will be transitioned to the new billing system and account management platform on September 1.

The main differences will be the appearance of the new Clearwave Fiber brand and the layout of your invoice. We are also moving all customers to a new customer portal that will make accessing your account, viewing your bill and making payments easier.


No. Your payment due date will continue to be the first of every month.

No. Late fees are still $5 and reconnect fees are still $35.

Yes. You’ll be assigned a new Clearwave Fiber account number effective September 1.

You’ll be notified of your new Account ID via email on or around September 1, and again by mail sometime before September 15.

No. You will no longer be able to access the MYRG account portal after August 25.

You can manage your account, view, and pay your bill in the Clearwave Fiber eCare system.

  1. Reference the email you will receive from CustomerCare@corp.clearwave.com containing your User ID and password.
  2. Select the eCare Login button at the top of this page.
  3. Click “Register” and complete the registration steps.
  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions in our Managing Your Account with eCare reference guide.

No. You’ll need to use the eCare login and password that you’ll create when you register your account in the system.

If you currently pay via Auto Payment, great news: payment for your current invoice (due September 1) will process as normal. If you are not an Auto Pay customer, and need to submit payment for this invoice, please avoid any late fees by sending a check to:

No. To ensure your privacy, auto payment information was not transferred from the legacy system into the new Clearwave Fiber experience. To continue to avoid late payment penalties by ensuring convenient, on-time submission of monthly payments please re-enroll in Auto Pay in the Clearwave Fiber eCare system.

  1. Select the eCare Login button at the top of this page.
  2. On the Welcome panel, find the ‘Invoice Payment and Delivery Settings’ section and select the Enroll
  3. Follow the instructions in the Managing Your Account with eCare reference guide to complete your auto payment enrollment.

Unfortunately, our customer service team cannot set Auto Pay up for you due to security reasons.
